Description

  • Detects bent under, missing and crushed pins in backplanes and linecards
  • Pin length calculation accuracy +/- 0.05mm (incl. board thickness compensation via Laserblade machine)
  • Maximum board size: 520mm x 545mm (tested in two passes)
  • Maximum board thickness = 10mm
  • Very low false call rate – target <1:500,000
  • Can detect mispressed connectors
  • Automatic tool changer
  • Custom test modules for different pitch connector footprints
  • Can measure backdrill depths in both bare and assembled boards
