Description

  • Fully automatic bare and assembled board TDR tester
  • Available with 2 – 24 port high specification ultra-compact TDR unit:
    • 12ps rise time
    • 35 GHz bandwidth
    • 1ps time-based resolution
  • Ideal for small to medium size boards
  • Full range of TDR tests and measurements available; Single-ended and differential Impedance, Skew, Backdrill discrepancies
  • TDR units fitted to the end of the Scara arm and therefore very close (<100mm from the PCB)
  • Automatic tool changer unit
  • Custom bare board modules:
    • Minimum pitch 0.8mm for differential measurements
    • No minimum pitch for single-ended TDR measurements
  • Custom assembled test modules – all high speed connectors catered for
  • Shuttle plate for easy loading of PCBs
  • Sub-plates for locating DUTs – increases throughout for small PCBs (multiple PCBs can be loaded onto each sub-plate)
  • Up to 24 high speed connections to the PCB in one insertion
